Our Delivery Policy
Group - A (SHOP section)
1. We require the same delivery charge regardless of the weight or size of the order! But the delivery charge may vary according to the destination of delivery.
2. Delivery charges:
a) Cash on Delivery: Delivery charges must be paid in advance whenever you choose "CASH ON DELIVERY" option.
b) Card Payment: Delivery charges (if applicable) are added in total price so it will be charged automatically from your card. All transaction related charges (if required) must be paid by buyers.
c) PayPal/Payoneer/Payza: You have to pay total amount (including delivery charges, if applicable) at a time if you choose this option. All charges (if required) related to online fund transfer will be paid by buyers.
d) Bkash/Rocket/Mobile Banking: Delivery charges (if applicable) are added in total price so it will be charged automatically from your card. All transaction related charges (if required) must be paid by buyers.
3. The processing time of delivery of all order(s) will be booked to courier service within the same day if you order before 11.59 AM. Otherwise it will be considered as next day processing slot.
4. If you prefer or mention any other delivery process or to use any specific carrier which is not our default carrier than you have to pay the additional delivery charges required to use your instruction.
5. It requires 24 hours – 48 hours for Dhaka, Gazipur and Narayangonj area and rest of the areas will require 24 hours-72 hours to get the product in your hand. This time may be extended for any kind of unexpected reasons like; natural/environmental issues, accident, theft, checking or forfeited by any law enforcement agency.
6. If your product delivered to wrong address provided by you than we are not liable for this and you will not get any amount refund or/and we will not issue any new product for this miss information given by buyer.
7. In case of CASH ON DELIVERY your advance delivery charge is not-refundable if buyer provide wrong contact number, do not pick-up the phone call of our delivery agent or refused to receive the order (damaged goods are not included in this policy).
8. For any virtual product(s) delivery charges are not applicable and those product(s) or service(s) will be delivered through mail.
Group - B (REQUEST TO BUY section)
1. Delivery charges will be calculated on 3 different broad categories.
** Please see the payment policy.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY option is restricted/limited for this kind of purchase request or order submission.
3. Your order will be processed for delivery to your given address whenever your product reach to Bangladesh and subject to customs clearance. You will be notified through SMS and EMAIL whenever it comes in our warehouse.
4. If you prefer or mention any other delivery process or to use any specific carrier which is not our default carrier than you have to pay the additional delivery charges (if required) to use your instruction. Without additional charges (if required) we do not use your preferred carrier.
5. It requires 48 hours – 72 hours for Dhaka District, Gazipur Metro and Narayangonj Metro area and rest of the areas may require more than 72 hours to get the product in your hand. This time may be extended for any kind of unexpected reasons like; natural/environmental issues, accident, theft, checking or forfeited by any law enforcement agency. (The above mentioned time will be started whenever it comes in our warehouse)

6. If your product delivered to wrong address provided by you than we are not liable for this and you will not get any amount refund or/and we will not issue any new product (without submitting a new order) for this miss information given by buyer.

7. If buyer provide wrong contact number and/or do not pick-up the phone call(s) of our delivery agent/delivery carrier/courier service or refused to receive the order (damaged goods are not included in this policy) than we are not bound for any refund and/or delivery the same goods/services again (without submitting a new order).

8. For any virtual product(s), delivery charges are not applicable and those product(s) or service(s) will be delivered through mail. If license key or product key or serial key or activation key does not work than we, XIRIBOX, are not liable for that. Because we are assuming that you have already judge/review the site/software provider and then you have requested us to buy/pay on behalf of you.

Our Delivery Policy
A. Instructions:
1. If the product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery person or us at the time of delivery. We humbly request you to check the product as soon as you have it on your hand.
2. Please note that some products might not be eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
3. If the return window of your product has expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
4. Return policy is only applicable for products/services displayed on our website's SHOP section. Products/services ordered on REQUEST to BUY section will not fall under our mentioned returned policy unless otherwise mentioned.
B. Conditions for Return:
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
2. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
3. SHOP Section: ** You may check the related delivery policy [A.8] & payment policy.
a) In case of physical products' return you are requested to inform us within 1 hour of receiving (not applicable for HOME DELIVERY) with proper documentation of unpacking the products and/or operational activities of products. Documentation means uninterrupted and unedited video and/or clear unedited image.
b)In case of home delivery, you are requested to check the product in front of our delivery agent or person or carrier. If found defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete than please back it to our delivery agent or person or carrier at that moment. Once you have accepted the product no objection will be allowed later on.
c)For virtual products, if license key or product key or serial key or activation key does not work than you must inform us within 5 min of receiving mail from us.
4. REQUEST TO BUY section: ** You may check the related delivery policy [B.8] & payment policy
a)In case of physical products' return you are requested to inform us within 1 hour of receiving (not applicable for HOME DELIVERY) with proper documentation of unpacking the products. Documentation means uninterrupted and unedited video and/or clear unedited image. Return is applicable only for damaged product if it happens by our used delivery system.
b)In case of home delivery, you are requested to check the product in front of our delivery agent or person or carrier. If damaged than please back it to our delivery agent or person or carrier at that moment. Once you have accepted the product no objection will be allowed later on. Return is applicable only for damaged product if it happens by our used delivery system.
c)No return is applicable for virtual products. Because we are assuming that you have already judge/review the site/software provider and then you have requested us to buy/pay on behalf of you.
C. Return Reason:
1. Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition.
2. Delivery of a product that is incorrect / incomplete (missing parts).
3. Delivery of a product that is "No longer needed" (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) - eligible for selected products only.
4. You may return or cancel your order if product does not arrive within 1 month of placing the order.

D. Return is not applicable for the following reasons:
1. If your product delivered to wrong address provided by you than you cannot claim for return.

2. If buyer provide wrong contact number and/or do not pick-up the phone call(s) of our delivery agent/delivery carrier/courier service or refused to receive the order (damaged goods are not included in this policy) than you cannot claim for return.

Our Payment Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish business processes and procedures for accepting payment processor at XIRIBOX that will minimize risk and provide the greatest value, security of data, and availability of services to clients within the rules and regulations established by the Payment Processor. Additionally, these processes are intended to ensure that payment processor acceptance procedures are appropriately integrated with our system.
Definitions
Cardholder
The customer to whom a payment card has been issued or the individual authorized to use the card.
Cardholder Data
All personally identifiable data about the cardholder (i.e., account number, expiration date, cardholder name.)
Payer
The individual who pay for the services by using any payment method accepted by XIRIBOX.
Payment processor
Any mode of payment accepted by our payment system or integrated with our system.
Sensitive Authentication Data
Security-related information (card validation codes/values, full magnetic-stripe data, or personal identification number (PIN)) used to authenticate cardholders, appearing in plain-text or otherwise unprotected form.
Payment fees/charges
Any kind of transnational fess if needed must be paid by buyer in excess of the product/service original price and shipping charges.
Refunds
When a good or service is purchased using a payment system and a refund is necessary, the refund must be credited back to the account that was originally charged. Refunds in excess of the original sale amount or cash refunds are prohibited.
Charge back
Charge back is only applicable for the following circumstances:
a) If products/services returned as per delivery policy and return policy mentioned our site.
b) If payment done but we, XIRIBOX, fail to deliver/process the products/services within due time.
Security/Confidentiality
Only buyer is responsible to keep all the sensitive data confidential. XIRIBOX will not take any responsibilities for misuse, hacking or any unauthorized access and using of data. XIRIBOX will never store any data used at the time of purchasing and we are ensuring you that all payment related data you are using are encrypted and secured by SSL certificate.

We also want to inform you that we are SSL certified. We also use payment gateway where your credit card information is absolutely secured.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. ** XIRIBOX authority reserves all the rights to change the return policy in full/part/word/any other element(s) at any time without any prior notice or informing to others. You are always agreed with our updated and current policy visible here and all other previous versions of policy will be void from the date of amendment.
Warnings: Request the delivery person to show his/her photo ID card to ensure that he is the right person (absolutely mandatory for home delivery option). Please ensure this identity so that no unauthorized person/robbers/thieves can access you/your family. For any kind of suspicious activity please contact with your local law enforcement agency.
